I build the systems independent businesses usually rent from someone else or go without. For gyms, that means QR codes on every machine with setup steps, a video from your own staff and the PTs who specialise in that area. For others, it means ordering, booking, check-in and quote requests that sit on your own site, so you keep the customer and stop paying a cut.
Works alongside gym membership software, Fresha, Booksy, Just Eat and Uber Eats, lead sites and ticketing services. Keep them for new customers; your own system handles the people who already know you.

What I build
Machine guides and PT matching
A QR code on every machine opens a page with setup steps, common mistakes and a short video of your own staff using it. Underneath are the PTs at your gym who specialise in that muscle group or movement, one tap from an enquiry. A map of the gym floor shows where everything is before a first visit. New members stop guessing, and your PTs get a steady flow of people who already want help.
Check-in and classes
QR check-in at the door, class booking and a waitlist on a system you own. A printed list is the fallback.
Booking
Appointments on your own site for barbers, salons, groomers and clinics, with reminders and a waitlist. Your diary and your client list stay yours, with no competitors listed next to you.
Direct ordering
Ordering for collection and local delivery, with card payments. A leaflet in every app order offers a small discount for ordering direct, so regulars stop costing you commission.
Quote requests and reviews
A quote form with photo upload for trades, and an automatic follow-up asking happy customers for a review. Leads come to you direct.
Tickets and sign-in
Ticket sales without a ticketing platform's booking fee on top of card fees, and tablet sign-in with a live list of who's on site for fire drills.

You own it
Accounts are in your name. I use standard parts, such as Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting, and write down how everything is set up.

We look at what you pay the platform now and what the system costs to build and run. If the numbers don't work for your business, I'll say so.

I'm Kieron, based in Hebburn. I taught myself web development, Cloudflare and document tools because my own work needed them, and I still use them every day.

Questions
Do I have to stop using Just Eat or my booking app?
No. Most businesses keep the app for new customers and use their own system for regulars. The saving comes from the orders and bookings that no longer pay commission.
What if it stops working?
Each system has a fallback, such as your phone number on the ordering page or a printed check-in list, so the business carries on as normal. I'll agree with you how quickly I fix problems before we start.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price to build, agreed in writing after a first conversation, plus a fixed monthly amount if it needs hosting or updates. We work out what it saves you first.
Do I need a website already?
No. The system can run on its own address, and I can build a simple website alongside it.
Where do you work?
In person across Tyne and Wear, County Durham and Northumberland. Websites, email and security work can be done remotely anywhere in the UK.
